Ways to complain about products

If you have any issues with the ordered product, you can easily file a complaint at one of our physical stores or return the item to the Complaints Department.
Online complaint
1.Registering a complaint on the website
To complain about a product, first register the complaint on our website here https://4fstore.com/returns/guest/new. Make sure you have all the necessary information for a smooth process (order number, photos of the defect, account number)
2.Packing of the product
Pack the product you wish to complain about and write complaint number on the package.
3.Confirmation of registration
After registering the complaint, you will receive confirmation at your email address.
4.Sending a complaint
Sending the parcel to the address:

5.Complaint processing
You will receive the complaint decision within 14 calendar days from the moment the product is delivered to the Complaints Department.
