Placing an order – step by step
If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.
Step 1
Click on the product that you are interested in.
- Choose a size of the product.
- You can also change the color of the product (if available) by clicking on the selected thumbnail.
- Click “ADD TO BASKET” button on the right.
- Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “CART” button.
Step 2
1. You can view the list of items you have selected in your cart, along with their quantity and price. If you want to remove an item, click on the “BIN” button on the right, above the price. If you want to change the quantity of items ordered or change the size, use the options next to the product photos and wait, and the cart value will update after a moment.
2. If you have a discount code, click on "DISCOUNT CODE" on the right and a field will appear where you must enter the code. After entering the code, click on "APPLY." If the code is valid, the value of the cart will change. If not, check the spelling of the code or the terms and conditions of the promotion and make sure it is valid for the products you have selected.
3. To continue shopping, click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT."
Step 3
If you are a registered customer, please sign in. If you are not, you can sign up by clicking on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”. You can also place an order as a guest (without registration) by clicking on “CONTINUE WITHOUT REGISTRATION”.
Step 4
Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields marked with an "*". If you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please enter your NIP number (Tax Identification Number). Ensure that your data is correct and then select your preferred shipping method.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you are a registered customer, your shipping details will be filled in automatically and you will be immediately redirected to STEP 5.
Step 5
After logging in, signing up or entering shipping details, please select your preferred shipping method. The table presents available shipping methods together with shipping costs and estimated delivery times.
Step 6
Select your payment method – CARD payment or Google Pay / Apple Pay payment

After you choose your preferred payment method, agree to have your personal data processed and agree to the terms and conditions, please click on the “Order and pay” button.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you selected an online payment service, you will be redirected to the online payment service’s website in order to pay for your order.
Step 7
Check your mailbox - you should receive an order confirmation email.
Step 8
If you have a 4F customer account and your order was not successfully paid during the login process, you can pay or cancel it yourself - log in to your 4F online store/application account, click on the order and then click on REPAYMENT or CANCEL ORDER.

Shipping packages outside the European Union may incur additional customs duty.
