How to return a product?
You have 14 days to return the product. The refund will take place within 14 days from the moment parcel arrives to our warehouse.
Step-by-step return instructions
1.Report a return
If you are a registered user, log in to your account and request a return for the desired order.
If you are not registered, go to (https://4fstore.com/returns/guest/new) and follow the instructions.
In the return form, choose your return method: DPD or return at your own expense.
2.Prepare the product
The item should be in an unblemished condition, with original tags and labels.
3.Pack the parcel
You can use the packaging in which you received the item; secure the product for transport.
Write the return number on the parcel and remove any old labels.
4.Send the shipment
Return the parcel using the selected delivery method. If you are returning goods from outside the EU, please contact us at support@4fstore.com with your return number, address, and contact details before sending the parcel. We need to ensure all required documents are prepared for customs to avoid the parcel being rejected and returned to the sender.
5.Product verification by 4F
Upon receiving the parcel, 4F will check the item’s condition to ensure it meets return requirements; if accepted, return documents will be prepared and the refund process will begin.
6.Refund
You will receive a refund in the same form as you paid, if possible, within 3-5 days from the date the return document is generated.
